Electroformed flat pin gate bush, nickel alloy

The flat-shaped gate improves cutting and fluidity. It can contribute to quality stability and cost reduction.

1. The gate cut is good, and since the gate area does not decrease, the fluidity (moldability) hardly changes, and there is little change in appearance (such as with texture). 2. Made of nickel alloy electroformed material with a mirror finish on the inner surface, and the inner surface hardness is also HRC55-60, providing durability and wear resistance. 3. Strong against gas and excellent in corrosion resistance. 4. Compared to iron-based gate bushes, it has a high thermal conductivity, and due to the mirror finish on the inner surface, the gradient can be reduced, leading to a shorter molding cycle.

High corrosion-resistant nickel alloy "Alloy C276"

Welding materials use copper alloy welding materials! Post-welding heat treatment is not required.

Aloy C276 (NW0276, UNS N10276) is a nickel-based alloy that exhibits excellent corrosion resistance in both oxidizing and reducing environments. By reducing carbon and silicon, it suppresses the precipitation in the heat-affected zone and enhances corrosion resistance, making it widely used in materials for harsh environments such as chemical plants. Welding can be performed using standard welding methods similar to those for stainless steel, and welding materials should use nickel-based welding materials. 【Features】 ■ Strength at high temperatures is significantly higher than that of SUS 304 ■ Cold workability is almost equivalent to standard austenitic stainless steels such as SUS 304 and 316 ■ Solution heat treatment temperature is 1150–1170°C, and rapid cooling is required after heat treatment ■ Welding can be performed using standard welding methods similar to those for stainless steel ■ Pickling uses a mixed acid of nitric and hydrofluoric acid *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Heat-resistant nickel alloy "Alloy 800H/800T"

High nickel and chromium content provides great resistance to oxidation and carburization at high temperatures!

"Aloy 800H/800T (UNS N08810/N08811)" is a high-nickel heat-resistant steel that possesses excellent strength, corrosion resistance, and oxidation resistance at high temperatures, characterized by high structural stability at elevated temperatures. Furthermore, it is an alloy with high creep strength achieved through grain size control via high-temperature heat treatment and control of C, Ti, and Al content. It also exhibits excellent high-temperature strength and does not suffer from embrittlement due to sigma phase precipitation during high-temperature use, making it widely used for heat-resistant applications. [Features] - Workability at hot and cold temperatures is almost the same as austenitic stainless steel. - Welding is possible using TIG, MIG, and coated arc welding. - Heat treatment: solution heat treatment at 1100–1170°C with rapid cooling / solution heat treatment temperature above 1121°C (UNS N08810). - Excellent corrosion resistance in oxidative corrosive environments such as nitric acid and in molten salts like sodium chloride. - Stress corrosion cracking sensitivity is superior compared to standard austenitic stainless steel. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
